  • What does the flight + hotel package include?
    Includes round-trip flights from your home city to your chosen destination, as well as accommodations in one of our hotels.
  • Does my travel package include ATOL protection?
    Yes. All our travel packages are protected by ATOL certification, offering you complete peace of mind and security in your booking, even if the supplier ceases operations.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or modify my reservation?
    Upon completing your booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact our customer service team using the details provided on your flight confirmation voucher.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    Yes. When booking, you only pay a deposit. The remainder is paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.
  • How will I receive confirmation?
    You will receive two confirmation emails: one with the hotel voucher and another with the flight details, where you will also find all the necessary information and contact details for any questions or needs.
  • What documents do I need to travel?
    It will depend on the destination and your nationality. Usually, an ID, passport, or visa is required. Check the requirements before traveling.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
    You will have a support contact in your booking confirmation to handle any issues.
  • Can I add extras such as transfers or excursions?
    Yes. You can add the available additional services during the booking process.
  • Can I book for several people?
    Yes, you can book for multiple people in a single transaction (up to 9 passengers per transaction on flights).
  • What do I do if I don't receive confirmation or there's an error?
